Feige Filling Technology Pte Ltd offers four main types of conveyor systems, namely carrying chain conveyor for pallets, pallet roller conveyor,drum roller conveyor, and container roller conveyor. A conveyor system is defined as a piece of machinery equipment that can be deployed to transport items from one specified physical starting location to another ending location. These items are usually large in quantity or size which are not possible to be transported easily with human labour. Hence, a conveyor system enables many items to be transported easily, quickly and efficiently.

The carrying chain conveyor is a heavy duty conveyor that can handle pallets with gross weight of up to 2000 kilograms. Items are placed onto the bottom transverse deck of pallets or single spacer blocks which are then safety transported to its required location by the conveyor.The carrying chain is supported by low fiction plastic profile which provides resistance to wear. It is able to be operated with 2, 3, 4, or 5 chains.

The conveyor can be raised and lowered to transport pallet onto another pallet roller conveyor that is placed perpendicularly. Sensors and programmable logic controller ensure that the entire process is safely operated. The supporting structure of the conveyor system is made of galvanized steel. Galvanized steel is produced by coating zinc onto steel sheets. The end result is that the galvanized steel has the added advantage of being resistant to corrosion.

The pallet roller conveyor is a heavy duty conveyor that can handle pallets with gross weight of up to 2000 kilograms. Its side frame is made of stainless steel while the rollers are made of galvanized steel. The rollers can be customized to stainless steel if required for more stringent conditions. The roller to roller drive chain is three quarter inch. The default roller pitch is approximately 200 millimeters.

The conveyor is propelled by gear motors and can achieve a typical speed of approximately 9 meters per minute. Option for varying this speed is available for situation if faster or slower operations are required. Reversible drive is available in the event that dual direction is required. For single pallet place, the pallet roller conveyor can be non-driven that makes use of gravity to transport items to its destination.

The stainless steel “SlimLine” filler is designed according to the motto “Keep it simple”. The filler offers all the main functions that you might expect of a gravimetric filler. A large number of well-proven components from the Feige modular system have been used, e.g. the filling valve with minimum dead space and quick change connector. Many cost-effective accessories can be integrated.

Feige “Plug & Fill” type 14 and 19. for highest flexibility and Most different containers can be filled as per W&M legislation. The Rapid Filler is a high-speed filler for W&M approved filling of pails and cans (1 to 30 l) with an output of 2000 and more per hour. The product flow is controlled via Feige weigh scale so that the product feed is optimum controlled for all filling valves to ensure W&M approved filling. This leads to minimum fill time for all containers. Fully automatic filling lines can be designed by combining the Rapid Filler with ancillary equipment (e.g.pail denester, lid placer and labeller).
